Mission Statement
The Louis T. Graves Memorial Public Library is a cultural and intellectual
commons for the community by providing free and unfettered access
to knowledge and life-long learning through print, electronic resources,
activities, programs, and services. The Library collaborates with
others to meet the needs of the entire community for education,
information, recreation, and communication.
Facilities Access
Through the years, the Library expanded and updated its facilities.
In 1988, a chair lift was added to accommodate individuals who could
not climb the stairs. In 2005, automatic doors were installed to
help those same people gain access to the main entrance. If you
need information about handicapped access to the building, please
feel free to call prior to your visit.
The Library also offers the services of a Notary Public on staff.
There is no charge for this service. Proper identification is necessary
prior to any signing of documents.
